Training Description:
76 Franchisees spend 5 months setting up the business with corporates help, before coming to in person training. In person training is a personalized 5 day experience in King of Prussia, PA. This consists of 3 days of sales training and 2 days of fence business ownership training. The Franchisee brings their general manager for training if hired before the go live date.
Operational and Marketing Tools:
Franchisees use a market penetration strategy drafted with Corporate’s help in the business setup. Each Franchisee will spend a tailored amount in their local territory determined by economies of scale. Franchisees use a combined old school meets new school marketing approach. This marketing approach combines SEO and Google Ad words with home shows and mailers, trade shows, and local business networking chapters.
