We have been in business for over 10 years now. Our focus has never been on franchising. We have arrived here because it is the best way we have found to expand.

The work we do is very important, we have worked on hiring managers in the past to try and help with the workload so we can expand. Because of the carelessness of a manager we hired a father who was not able to see his daughter for over 2 months. This was simply not acceptable to us.

Training Description:

Our training starts with our comprehensive 5-day in-person training program. Once your client leaves this program they will have everything they need to run a successful Angels Monitoring franchise But…. that is just the beginning.

We wanted to be different than most franchise systems. So we include checkups after this meeting. As we all know, not everything will stick in that 5 days. There is a lot of information crammed into a short period of time.

So until the Zee sings their first client we continue to do weekly meetings with them 30-45 minutes long. This focus will be on how to get clients in their market and we will continue these training as long as they are needed at no cost to the Zee. Once they have successfully obtained their first client we scale back the meetings to once a month. We just want to be sure we have a touchpoint every month to ensure their long-term success.

In addition to all of that, we also have an urgent text line that is included in the franchise system. With the nature of our business, we sometimes come across extreme or immediate situations and we want to be there when that happens. One text to our urgent line and we will respond within 24 hours.

Operational and Marketing Tools:
