Concept Description
We do Corporate Catering. But not like you think. In fact, it’s not like a lot of things. And that’s why it’s better. Sure, it’s catering. But not the kind you’re thinking of. Because we don’t do it the way anyone else does. We’re different. And that difference is what makes our franchise concept unique. There’s no evenings. There’s no weekends. And we don’t do any social events. At all. No picnics, birthday parties or kids’ events. None. Ever. Just professional business functions. So you only deal with business professionals.
In a nutshell, we deliver food for business meetings. That means we work regular business hours. And since we focus only on serving business customers, owning one of our franchises is your access to an exciting and profitable business model without any of the typical hurdles and headaches that come with running a restaurant.
Testimonials
“Our passion is serving awesome food to great people and Corporate Caterers allows us the opportunity to do just that. Owning your own business is great but being part of a franchise offers a great support system and a team of franchisees who share best practices and support each other. Jim stated it best, “I’ve had the opportunity to start, build and grow a business without having to worry about many of the technical aspects of business I know little about, like websites and online ordering.” Corporate Caterers is more resistant to the boom and bust of most restaurants and other caterers. The business model is solid and if you believe in it and follow it you will have a successful business. You need to drink the Kool-aide and love it!”
-Jack and Jackie Wadleigh, Dallas TX
“Owning a Corporate Caterers had allowed me freedom to run and grow my own business with the confidence that I had a national brand behind me. I enjoy the relationships that I have established with my customers and staff over the last 10 years. It has been great to see the difference that Corporate Caterers makes in everyone’s lives. We have seen a member of our staff grow from being a dishwasher to one of our lead cooks, from being a driver to our floor manager and we have seen several of our long term team members buy their first homes. All things that give us great pride.”
-William Hanrahan, Atlanta GA
“Owning and managing a Corporate Caterers franchise gives me the opportunity to be an entrepreneur with a support system. I’ve had the opportunity to start, build and grow a business without having to worry about many of the technical aspects of business I know little about, like websites and online ordering. I get to be my own boss and make decisions that truly matter to my customers and employees.”

History:
Founders Dennis McGinley and Jim Gass confessed to having been exhausted by the daily pressures of trying to run large restaurants and catering facilities. So, in 1997, they launched a new concept that they had been developing for some time. Corporate Caterers was born.
They established simple, straightforward house rules for Corporate Caterers:
- breakfast and lunch catering, five days a week with no weekend commitment
- a corporate clientele only, no private parties or evening engagements
- a closely-knit, well-trained staff to assist with every order
And the business began to grow and grow.
In 2007 the company launched locations in Florida and Georgia. Very soon, we sold franchises in Texas and Ohio. Expansion continued for the next 10 years.
In 2017, we brought Greg Halton on board to assume the role of CEO. His mandate was to take the company from its grass roots level to a national franchise leader. Larry Powell, one of the first franchisees in the system, agreed to join Greg’s team as VP of Franchise Sales and Development, and together, Greg and Larry launched their growth strategy.
Today we’re the leader in our industry. And we’ve expanded our operations with much more on the horizon.
