Enviro-Master International Franchise, LLC is a North Carolina limited liability company, formed on December 30, 2013. Our predecessor is Enviro-Master Franchise, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company formed on November 12, 2010 (“EMF”). EMF sold franchises from its inception in January 2011 until December 31, 2013, at which time its franchise business operations were transferred to us. EMF’s principal business address is the same as ours. We conduct business as “Enviro-Master” and not under any other name.

We are an indirect subsidiary of EMP Enviro-Master HoldCo, LLC (“HoldCo”), a Delaware limited lability company. On March 29, 2022, HoldCo, an affiliate of Eagle Merchant Partners (“EMP”), an Atlanta-based private equity investment firm with its principal place of business at 3060 Peachtree Road, NW, Suite 360, Atlanta, GA 30305, acquired control of us through intermediate holding companies, including Enviro-Master Holdings, LLC. The creation of these holding companies did not result in a transfer of any Enviro-Master franchise agreements, trademarks or other intellectual property related to the operation of the System (defined below). We remain the franchisor of the System and provide all required support and services to franchisees under their franchise agreements.

Training Description:

We offer an initial franchise training program (“Initial Training Program”). Before franchisees open for business, they (or another person they have delegated to manage the Franchised Business) and their operations manager must complete the Initial Training Program. We may require any additional principals or employees who are (or later become) actively involved in the operations and or office management of the Franchised Business to satisfactorily complete the Initial Training Program.

The initial franchise fee includes the costs of the Initial Training Program for up to two individuals. Franchisee must pay a reasonable fee (currently $2,500) if they elect to bring additional trainees.  Franchisees or their employees must pay all personal expenses to attend the Initial Training Program, including expenses of transportation, lodging, meals, wages and employee benefits. Our Franchisees are partners, much like a branch office which has the full support of our team.

The Initial Training Program is 14 days – eight days in Charlotte, North Carolina, and five days training in the franchisee’s market.   We then provide ongoing & continuous training.  Franchisees must complete the Initial Training Program within 120 days after signing the Franchise Agreement.

Again. we consider our franchisees partners. Our success depends on their success. Our corporate officers and employees are always by their side. Together, our Core Purpose is to ensure a collaborative and positive work environment, demonstrating exemplary customer service to our franchisees so that they have the opportunity to achieve our company goal of 5X5 growth in 5 years.

All new additional techs and salespeople have the opportunity to be trained for eight days in Charlotte, North Carolina.  Our support trainers are available, upon request, for onsite visits and additional training.

Operational and Marketing Tools:

Through our collective knowledge in this industry, we understand the crucial need for a complete and dedicated support staff.  That’s why our corporate office handles the billing, collections, supply chain management, and information technology, on behalf of our franchisees.

We offer access to our corporate Inside Sales department, that cold-calls with the intent to get past the “gatekeeper”, and schedule appointments between the franchisee and/or their salesperson(s), and the decision makers of the targeted business.

We may solicit National or Regional Accounts in a franchisee’s territory. While we may set the priced to be charged for each National or Regional account, if we obtain a National or Regional account with a service location in the franchisee’s Territory, we will refer that business to the franchisee.  This gives the Franchisee and their salesperson(s) a big advantage when they present our services to other, large blue chip brand and/or potential Regional or National Accounts in their area.

We offer access to a Sales Training Program for the Franchisee and their salesperson(s), whose goal is to help develop sales techniques and foster continuous improvement of sales success and metrics.

We take care of everything for the Franchisee so that they can concentrate on building their business through sales, installations, and service.
