Utilizing the best of ERA’s combined experience, gained from delivering thousands of cost saving projects over many years, the training will empower you with the techniques and knowledge to enable you to sign clients and deliver successful profit-improvement projects.

- Ten days of classroom induction training (plus pre-training before you attend our classroom training)
- Six months of field support and continued training.
- An Exclusive Software Package encompassing databases and contact management systems
- Network regional meetings and an Annual National Conference
