Concept Description
The HouseMaster franchisee will perform building inspection and related services for customers. As a HouseMaster Business Owner, you provide more than just property inspections; you give home buyers peace of mind and knowledge to protect their greatest investment.
HouseMaster is the oldest home inspection in the nation with more than 250 locations in the US and Canada. While the initial investment is modest, the potential return and profit margins are large. Our business model is simple. There is no need for location leases and no inventory to manage. We simply produce an industry-leading home inspection and related inspection services with the most sophisticated delivery model in the industry.
Our franchisees can run the business by doing inspections themselves or they can organically grow a large team. We support both models with our foolproof paint-by-numbers marketing program. The low overhead/quick ramp up allows owners to get to profitability quickly.
We welcome people with real estate or construction experience, but most of our franchisees come from unrelated industries and Corporate America. Owners can rely on the softer skills of relationship building and communication rather than technical knowledge while our training school and top-rated support teams teach care the rest.
HouseMaster features:
- Consistent ranking in the Entrepreneur Magazine Franchise 500
- “Among the Best” ranking for franchisee satisfaction from Franchise Business Review
- Net Promoter Score (customer service rating) consistently above 90
- Our average Franchisee has been with us over 13 years, and more than 20% have been in the system for 20 years or longer
