  • Each RFD will be assigned a Regional Director who will conduct monthly financial calls with RFD’s, as well as three on-site visits during the first year to assist new owners in their planning and growth.
  • We hold a National Convention annually where JAN-PRO RFDs can collaborate on best practices.
  • Regular Webinars are available throughout the year on Profit Mastery, Sales Certification, and Operational Excellence Certification.
  • Online Intranet with dashboards, library, and franchise community communications are available to franchisees.
  • National purchasing programs are available to reduce costs for chemicals and equipment for their franchisees.
  • Internal marketing support is provided as needed with quarterly plans.
