Initial Training: 

There is no charge for any training listed below for the life of their agreement!   

  • New franchisees are trained on all aspects of the business, from sales and marketing to operations and technology, in our state-of-the art training facility. Over the course of the week, franchisees will utilize mock homes to understand the science and installation of insulation. 
  • After opening, trainers visit new locations to check-in on their process and evaluate their skills, providing any follow up training or feedback, as necessary. 
  • Koala 360 Sales Training- This is a top-notch sales training built to educate a sales estimator on “building science” and how to match up the best recommendation for the customer need they are solving for  
  • Ongoing Koala Spray Foam Boot Camp– As franchisees scale and add more technicians, they are encouraged to send them to our Boot Camp at HQ for no cost.
