When you become a Maid Brigade franchisee, you’ll receive comprehensive support and training, including a four-day initial mentor training and two in-person visits from our support team. We also offer peer-to-peer support and a willingness to help each other grow.

Our system-wide adaption of cleaning and disinfection using electrolyzed water and electrostatic sprayers simplifies the cleaning process, making training easier while also providing customers with the peace of mind they seek during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Maid Brigade also offers PUREmist Commercial Cleaning, which allows you to widen your reach with large jobs that have high returns, Our in-house agency support team provides a full range of marketing services, including consultation, analytics, creative & design, brand messaging, and actively managing digital marketing campaigns.

Training Description:

We provide a two prong training that is incredibly unique. Initially, new franchisees, visit a top performing franchisee for three days. They shadow the existing franchisee, learning best practices, day to day operations and all aspects of growing and managing their franchise. At the conclusion of the three day training, we send one of our VP of Operations to the new franchisee’s office for four days. We cover every aspect of the business from training, technology tools, scheduling, hiring and training of employees. By the time this second phase of training is completed. They are ready to open their franchise!
