We offer assistance every step of the way, from initial pre-opening training to grand opening assistance to ongoing support. Initial Training

A solid foundation is critical for a prosperous future. At Monster Tree Service®, we set you up for success right from the start. Our initial training is two weeks long and consists of one week of classroom learning and hands-on training in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, followed by an additional week of on-site training at your location. These two weeks of training don’t necessarily happen back-to-back, but they will be scheduled so that your on-site training corresponds with the start-up phase of your business.

Additional training and education programs are available to franchisees as well as periodic on-site consultation by our team of experienced Arborists.

Training sessions are conducted by our professional staff and cover the following topics:

  • Budgeting and business planning
  • Supplies and purchasing
  • Bookkeeping and financial controls

To help you launch your new business smoothly following the pre-opening training, our experienced Arborists and Field Operations and Safety Manager will be on-site at your location for a week. Ongoing Training & Support

In addition to the initial training class, we provide monthly online training sessions and modules, arborist continuing education, an annual conference, and periodic onsite visits.
