Oasis Senior Advisors provide a free resource to seniors and their families, helping match them with the best senior living communities for their unique needs and situation. Our Advisors consult with their clients personally, offering guidance with empathy while determining their needs, and then introduce families to the right communities.
Once a move-in is secured, Oasis Senior Advisors are well compensated for the value they bring to senior living communities, which pay Advisors a fee that is typically 70% – 100% of the community’s monthly rate.
Oasis franchisees succeed by focusing on our model’s three simple components:
- Build an inventory of senior living communities
- Develop a trusted network of referral sources
- Consult personally with families to determine their needs and introduce them to the right communities
Our home-based business model offers franchisees schedule flexibility, excellent unit economics, a low investment threshold, low overhead and low start-up costs, and the opportunity to scale.
