Training Description:
Training will be held at our headquarters in North Canton, Ohio. We reserve the right to vary the length and content of the initial training program based on the experience and skill level of any individual attending the initial training program.
The instructional materials consist of the Manual and other materials, lectures, discussions, and on-the-job demonstration and practice.
Operational and Marketing Tools:
We provide franchisees with a company blueprint that includes everything they will need to hit the ground running, including: designated market manager, area development manager, video training academy, guides, leads, sales scripts, sales software, templates, marketing materials, payroll services, contracts, and our vetted national solar install and manufacturing partners.
Leads and marketing will be provided on a minimum budget for your location. Depending on the location, having your franchise up and running could take
anywhere from one to three months.
