Concept Description
Build a Business That Cares—with the Tools to Scale It
Welcome to Options For Senior America: The First-Ever Tech-Enabled Home Care Franchise
If you’ve ever dreamed of owning a business that makes a meaningful impact while also building long-term wealth, Options For Senior America was designed for you.
With over 35 years of experience, we’ve combined a legacy of compassionate care with cutting-edge technology, turnkey referral generation, and industry-leading financial performance. We help older adults age safely at home—while giving franchisees the systems, support, and freedom to grow a scalable and fulfilling business.
🔹 Why Franchisees Choose Options
1. Tech That Works for You
We’ve built proprietary AI-powered workflows that automate the day-to-day tasks that usually bog down home care agency owners:
-
Real-time caregiver scheduling and availability matching
-
Automated shift confirmation calls and texts
-
Built-in compliance tracking and alerts
-
Smart case-staffing to improve caregiver-client fit
-
CRM tools to track referral source engagement
Spend less time on operations—and more time growing your business.
2. Corporate Business Development Support
We don’t leave you to figure it out. Our dedicated team books warm, qualified meetings on your behalf with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, elder law attorneys, and rehab centers. You walk into relationships from day one and use our CRM to manage and grow them over time.
3. A High-Value, Scalable Model
Unlike high-volume, low-margin models, we specialize in longer-duration, live-in care cases—with an average value of over $25,000 per client. That means you can scale with fewer caregivers, lower overhead, and higher margins.
4. A Proven Brand with Real-World Experience
Founded in 1989, we own and operate multiple corporate units and have trained dozens of franchisees across the country. Our hands-on training, playbooks, and tools are all built from direct experience—not theory.
5. Low Investment, Big Impact
With a total investment starting at just $86,000, a small office footprint, and flexible staffing needs, Options offers an affordable path to business ownership in one of the most recession-resistant industries in the world.

History:
Options For Senior America, one of the most established senior care groups in the country (est. 1989), focuses on the delivery of quality and affordable personal care and companionship services to adults and elderly individuals. Though Options does not concentrate on skilled services (i.e., medical services such as OT, PT, and IV therapy), it allows its franchisees to add a skilled component to their operation.
Between its corporately owned units and its franchises, Options currently provides services in 10 states and is well positioned to expand into many more across the country.
In 2024, Options was acquired by Radhik Patel and Alec Campbell with a clear mission: to disrupt the senior care space by building the first tech-enabled home care franchise platform. Their focus is on leveraging technology to drive efficiency through AI-powered workflows and offshoring many operational functions—including scheduling, caregiver recruitment, and business development—to a dedicated team overseas. This model allows franchisees to concentrate on what matters most: delivering high-quality care and building strong relationships with clients and referral sources.
