Royalty Description: On or before the 8th day of each month during the term of the Franchise Agreement, you will submit to us a royalty report and pay us a royalty fee as calculated based upon your Gross Receipts during the preceding month or the minimum royalty due. Passive Ownership means the owner is working 15 hours or less per week in the business.

Passive Ownership Explain: if you are an individual,you must exclusively and directly supervise the Franchise Business for at least forty hours of each business week and must devote a full-time effort directing outside sales (or hire an experienced outside salesperson), if you are a corporation or partnership, one of the equity owners or partners must exclusively and directly supervise the Franchise Business on its premises for at least forty hours of each business week, if you are a legal entity, each share holder (if you are a corporation) or general and limited partner if you are a partnership) must sign a written agreement with us personally guaranteeing the performance of all obligations under the Franchise Agreement if you have purchased an additional franchise from us, you may employ a fully trained manager for the management and operation of the second Franchise Business. The manager must have attended our initial classroom training program prior to employment. The manager need not have an equity interest in the Franchise Business. The manager must maintain all of our trade secrets, and we may require all managers to sign a non-disclosure agreement in a form we accept. The Franchisor places no limitations on you as to whom you may hire as a manager. There are no other restrictions that we require to be placed on your manager.

In fact, we offer one of the most comprehensive training and support systems in franchising.

To begin your journey as a PuroClean franchise owner, you will receive a hands-on experience over three weeks during New Franchise Owner Training at the PuroClean Academy in Tamarac, Florida. Our expert facilities will prepare you for your new career as a PuroClean franchise owner. This three-week training covers full technical training in water and fire damage, mold and biohazard remediation, and carpet and upholstery cleaning. It also includes sales & marketing, operations, and training in all facets of the business. Field training is also offered at each franchise owner’s business location prior to opening your doors.

We believe well-trained owners are successful franchise owners. It’s the best training in the business because we know our model works.

New Franchise Owner Training at PuroClean Academy Weekly Breakdown

PuroClean Flood House, Soot Simulation Room, and Property Cleaning Facility

Our IICRC-approved 1,200 sq. foot flood house is the focal point of the real-life practical training as a new franchisee. Only one of 27 in the world, our facility is designed for you to have real-life training in water damage remediation for any residence in any region of the country. In March 2019, we celebrated the 100th flood in the flood house, which marked a major company milestone and is a testament to the continued high level of water damage restoration training provided.

We also have a specially designed smoke and soot damage simulation room and custom contents cleaning facility equipped with the latest equipment, where we teach you the very best approach to clean damaged contents for fire and smoke damage restoration jobs.

You’ll be more prepared than the competition to take advantage of the huge water damage restoration and fire and smoke mitigation.

Shortly after graduating from New Franchise Training, your regional director will continue support at your office for Infield Franchise Training.  During this time, they’ll help you set up the operation, and offer tips on taking sales calls and keeping records. You’ll have all the time you need to ask questions about all aspects of the business. After this training, you’ll also have contact information for your regional director, usable day or night, 365 days a year.

There will be additional opportunities to attend classes at the PuroClean Academy along with 24×7 supplemental content at our PuroClean Online Academy. We are constantly improving and expanding its instructional content to help you and your team members with extensive training, online learning programs, and technical assistance.
