Concept Description
Some experiences are timeless – the crack of a bat, the roar of the crowd, and the unforgettable taste of stadium food on a warm summer day. For Steven and Olivia, the founders of Stadium On Wheels, these moments aren’t just memories; they were the quintessential game plan for a dream.
As Humphrey Bogart once said, “A hot dog at the ballpark is better than a steak at the Ritz.” This quote formed the foundation of an ambitious venture: to bring the sights, sounds and smells of the stadium to communities everywhere.
Today, Stadium On Wheels stands at the intersection of America’s pastime and the entrepreneurial drive of its founders. What began as a love for baseball and Chicago-style hot dogs has grown into a franchise operation that delivers the nostalgia, excitement, and crowd-pleasing concessions of the game to fans everywhere.
Why do customers choose our food truck over others?
We have a brand and menu that appeals to the masses. Baseball is a universal sport that people of all ages and genders can enjoy. We centered our truck around this theme because it’s something almost everyone can relate to, it’s easy-going, fun, and nostalgic. We have beautiful eye-catching branding that stands out among most other food trucks. Our all-American menu is simple, yet crowd pleasing. Picky eaters of all ages will find something they can eat. We have vegetarian as well as gluten-free options with our Footlong Pretzel and Footlong Nachos. We’re a one stop shop for everyone!
Why will franchisees benefit from owning a Stadium On Wheels?
They get to own their piece of America’s favorite pastime while serving in their local communities and reaping the benefits of their success! Franchisees are supporting their own community serving meals at schools, festivals, birthday parties, sports tournaments, and corporations, creating memorable experiences one bite at a time.
As a Stadium on Wheels owner, you get to call the shots! You build your own team, decide where you want to serve, and choose your own operating hours. Mobile units allow for low overhead cost and maximum net profitability as there is no rent and minimal employees needed.

History:
The crack of a bat, the roar of the crowd, and the unforgettable taste of stadium food on a warm summer day.
The Stadium On Wheels journey began in the Chicagoland area in 2019 with a modest 6’x8’ concession trailer purchased from Craigslist and a name inspired by a term used to describe a home run that rockets high into the sky – “Moonshots Baseball.” Together the husband and wife team set out to recreate the essence of stadium cuisine, where every hot dog is so much more than a meal; it’s part of a nostalgic pastime.
When covid 19 hit in 2020, Steven and Olivia relocated to Arizona, home of MLB’s Spring Training, where they upgraded to a full-sized truck and evolved into “Stadium On Wheels.” After three successful years in Arizona’s dynamic food truck community and starting their family, they launched their franchise, relocating to Indianapolis to establish their headquarters.
