Stella’s Ice Cream was born from a passion for dessert. Our founders, Chad and Brittney Hartley had a dream to own their own store where friends and family could come and eat premium homemade ice cream and baked goods, enjoy local entertainment, and where local dessert artists could share their talents. Today, we’re proud to be the major dessert provider in the Treasure Valley with 5 corporate locations, all proudly named after the loyal
family bulldog Stella.
