Initial Training/Franchisee Support
Our Training Program Involves:
- Administrative Training
- Sales Training
- Hands-on training at HQ and in the field. This training is two weeks and is designed for the franchisee and anyone one else they would like to bring. Training includes equipment and sales training, as well as hands-on field training. This training will take place in West Palm Beach and Oakland Park, FL.
On-going Support:
- Outside sales support. When a franchisee leaves training, then we send an outside sales professional to their market for two weeks of sales support.
- Field operations support. One week after our sales representative arrives in your marketplace, then our operations representative will arrive and support the new franchisee for two weeks.
- Inside sales support. We will dedicate an inside sales professional to support a new franchisee.
- Billing and receivable support. We do all of the billing and receivables for our franchisees. This will save valuable time so the franchisee can spend more time on the two drivers of the business: Sales and Operations.
- Cash flow guarantee program. We will pay our franchisees each week on their receivables whether we have collected the amounts or are still waiting for the payment*.
