Training Description:

Our onboarding process is a systematic, step-by-step process guided by your own Onboarding Manager. The Onboarding manager will walk you through every step required to launch your That 1 Painter location.

We offer over 70 hours of self-paced online training, virtual meet-ups, and in-person training at our corporate office. Once launched, no one is ever alone! You will be assigned your own Coach and have access to all of our resources. We provide constant support to ensure you have everything you need to succeed. This includes one on one coaching, weekly training, monthly marketing reports, our robust Operations Manual, team support, and support from our other Franchisees.
